What a great meeting! We had a great time last evening talking the future of small groups at Richview. All the leaders were pumped. Even though some of them weren't sure of what next year (ministry year) holds for them, as they're still seeking God. It was good to hear one leader say, "I know what I'd like to do, but I sense God is calling me to do something else" (speaking of what type of group they would like to lead.
In typical small group form we ended the meeting in good time, but people hung around talking for close to another 45 minutes or so.
It was encouraging! I'm looking forward to the coming year.
