"Optimus Prime?" - Weekend's Photo
Saw the shot on my sideview mirror and hoped that it would turn out well. Love the way it did turn out. And the whole Transformer thing is an added bonus.
Vania says I'm going to get in an accident soon. However, I'm not looking through the viewer as I take the car shots, more of a point and shoot and hope for the best. For this one good shot I have ten other ones out of focus or of just a corner of the mirror.
Anyway, fun photo.
Vun was asking me if this is going to die down sometime soon. It probably will. I probably won't take that many shots every day for too much longer, but I find when I'm learning something I go all out, especially in the beginning until I get to a certain level of things I feel like I have more than just a rudimentary (how's that for the big word of the day?) understanding of the subject. However, I now have several friends who I know go out on a regular basis to shoot. So, that's something I'm going to get into. Nothing like learning something together.
I did a similar photo .. BUT ... I had Anna-Ruth at the wheel so I could focus on ONE thing at a time.

Again, this is one of those shots....put the camera in front of the mirror, point and shoot, and hope for the best....I took a burst of shots while I did that, and got lucky with this shot, which I cropped in some.
