"Moon" - Monday's Photo
Decided to try and get some pictures of the moon last night to see how the camera would do with the distance and quality, etc. Anyway, was really pleased with this shot (although at this resolution, it doesn't do justice to the actual shot I got.) It is a little overexposed, but it gives a better feeling than the "right" exposures. It is a little cropped in go bring it just a little closer. This was my favourite shot, but I was blown away by the quality of the other shots as I cropped in even closer. You can see those on Flickr later.

Posted by: wilsonianI was really pleased with this...was really hoping for some cloud cover, but those days will come too. There was actually a beautifully "large" moon over the canal last night, but I didn't go back to get the shot...kicking myself.
