This is what happens when a little nose runs face first into a coffee table. Cried a little...but other than that is back at it full tilt. If he was older, I'm pretty sure that would have been a broken nose. Advantages of being young.

Posted by: Ian...being the nasty dad I am, I was hoping that it'd look pretty bad for a good photo today. I only say that because I know he's fine...anyway, he's recovering well, I'm not sure he even notices it, certainly doesn't look like he does.
Posted by: edI read somewhere that we have to capture "all" the moments. So I deliberately made a sad face when Iain-Mackenzie was a baby to get him to cry ... bad daddy!
Posted by: IanOuch is what came to my mind as well.
We had Willik in the hospital getting 7 stitches when he was 18 months, after hitting his face on a coffee table. He also looked like he had gotten in a fight, cause both his eyes looked a little black and blue.
We haven't had to do stiches yet, but we did have to go to the hospital with Xanda and a dislocated elbow...that was a scary one as we didn't know what the doctor's would say...they were very good about it and set us at easy...although they did separate us from the kids and asked each of the kids to tell them what happened. That in itself was really scary - what if one kid decides to get creative just then?
Marcelo's all healed, ready for the next one :)
