Well, Vun's headed out of town. She's gone from today to Sunday afternoon.
She's gone away to a Pastor's wives retreat. Something she looks forward to each year, and has a blast at. This is definitely one of the highlights of her year. Apparently some really cool things happen when you get a bunch of pastor's wives together, who usually have to put up a lot of different fronts to survive, and allow them to just let their hair down and be themselves.
She'll be talking about this for a year.
For me, it means I'm watching the kids this weekend. Okay, today and tomorrow. Friday night they go to grandma's and dad gets some rest before he has to preach on Sunday. I know, I'm spoiled. Kids be nice to your parents, it will prove priceless in the future. Thanks Mom!
