I think the new PC commercial where everyone says, "Hi, I'm a PC, should end with the mac guy coming on and saying, "I'm sorry."
all in fun. I do have a PC in the house. it's my kids play toy. A year after I bought it had been designated as a classic. Not because of it's high qualities, but because they weren't making the parts for it anymore.
No viruses to worry about. Computers that are just as fast three years later as they were on day one. Programs that actually work. No blue screens of death. If that's going defunct, I'm in.
Very cool Ian...I would love to be able to pick up more updated machine. Duo Core etc... A few years. Which is alright because I know my computer will keep me alright till then...that is if I don't blow it up first :) It would probably survive that too.
Yea... backing up is a good idea lol.

You definitely need a PC. Those Macs are over-rated and going defunct.

Like I said, all in fun.

3 weeks ago my Vaio PC motherboard died (computer only 18months old) ... short story ... too expensive to fix.
On my desk is now an iMac ... what a sweet machine and awesome interface .... bye bye Windows :-)
